HOW TO USE: Wet Clouds in cool water fully saturate.
Twist in wringing motion to activate.
Apply undereyes for 10-20 minutes for best results.
PRO TIP: Use after applying serums to lock in moisture

CARE: Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use bleach or softeners. Wash in wash bag. Tumble dry low.
