Return Policy

If you have a question about sizing or fit, especially on denim, please feel free to contact us on socials or through DMs or email at info@lavenderhillsbeauty.com and we'd be happy to help you get the right size.

We want your shopping experience to be happy and fulfilling, but we do know that there are times something doesn't work the way you wished it would. For those times, we do have a return policy in place.

Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our stipulations for returning an item from the store that didn't work for you.

Your item can be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGED for a different size. We DO NOT issue refunds.

Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return.

WHAT QUALIFIES TO BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?

  • ITEMS THAT ARE NOT MARKED AS FINAL SALE
  • For hygienic reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR JEWELRY, UNDERGARMENTS INCLUDING CROPPED TANKS/ BRALETTES, HAIR CARE, HAIR TOOLS or HAIR ACCESSORIES. SEE FULL LIST BELOW.
  • ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE 
  • ITEMS UNWORN, UNWASHED, FREE OF PET HAIR, DEODORANT, MAKE-UP, ALTERATIONS AND SCENTS/ODORS, NO MARKINGS OR SIGNS OF WEAR ON SHOES OR SHOE SOLES.
  • ITEMS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
    If your return is received without all of the original tags in place, your item(s) will be donated to a local charity and your return will be rejected. If the tags have been reattached your return will be rejected as well.

    INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

    • ITEMS RETURNED PAST 14 DAYS
    • ORIGINAL TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED or RE-ATTACHED
    • ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN or HAVE ODORS, DEODORANT, MAKE-UP STAINS, PET HAIR, ETC
    • ACCESSORIES, HATS, JEWELRY, SKINCARE, LOTIONS, HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS, ESSENTIAL OILS, ALL COSMETICS,
    • HAIR CARE PRODUCTS, HAIR ACCESSORIES & HAIR TOOLS
    • CROPPED TANK TOPS, BRALETTES AND LINGERIE
    • FOOD & DRINK ITEMS
    • FINAL SALE OR FLASH SALE ITEMS 
    • RE:DO FEES 

     Re:DO

    • Customers who purchase Re:Do with their order are able to get free unlimited return labels for exchanges and store credit on that order. If you wish to get a refund and qualify for one, you can still use Re:Do to purchase a return label. 
    • If you did not purchase Re:Do you can still use our Return portal and purchase a return label.
    • Customers are responsible for handling return shipping costs for Returns/Exchanges. We strongly advise selecting Re:do during checkout for a smoother process.

     

    ORDERS PLACED WITH SEZZLE

    • If you wish to return an item purchased with Sezzle you may do so following the typical return procedures. You will be issued store credit for your return and you will need to continue to pay off your Sezzle order, as you are now essentially paying off a gift card.


     LOCAL PICK-UP or IN STORE PURCHASES

    • If you are local, you can bring your return in to our store to receive your credit. You do not need to purchase Re:Do at checkout.
    • All of the above stated conditions apply to products/items bought in store.

    In the event your item is damaged or defective....

    Please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damage to make the process faster. INFO@LAVENDERHILLSBEAUTY.COM

     Store Credit expired 1 year from the date it is issued.
