Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Lavender Hills Boutique! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
  • Start your return using our Return Portal.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip with your return.
  • Or email us at info@lavenderhillsbeauty.com

Once your return is processed, store credit will be issued to your account. You may place a new order using that credit.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, all return requirements must be met — no exceptions.

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase and received by us within 30 days.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with no pet hair, odors, deodorant/makeup stains, or signs of wear.

  • Original tags must be attached. Items with missing or reattached tags will be rejected.

  • Shoes must be clean and unworn, with no markings on soles.

Return Window

  • Initiating a Return: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Returning the Item: The returned item must be physically received at our facility within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Item Condition Requirements

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, with no pet hair, odors, deodorant/makeup stains, or signs of wear.

  • All original tags must still be attached to the garment. Items with missing or reattached tags will be rejected.

  • Shoes must be clean and unworn, with no markings on soles.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • You may either utilize a return label through Checkout+ (if selected during your original purchase) or purchase your own return shipping label through your preferred carrier.
  • There are no restocking fees.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our condition requirements, we will process your refund. Typically within two business days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked Final Sale or Flash Sale

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items with missing or reattached tags

  • Items that are worn, altered, or have stains, scents, or pet hair

  • The following product categories are always final sale:

    • Jewelry, hats, accessories

    • Skincare, lotions, health and beauty products, essential oils, cosmetics

    • Hair care, hair tools, and hair accessories

    • Cropped tanks, bralettes, lingerie

    • Food and drink items

    • Checkout+ return fees

📌 Returns that do not meet all requirements will be rejected and donated to a local charity. No exceptions.

About Checkout+ 

  • Purchased at checkout? You’ll get free return labels for store credit.

  • Didn’t purchase with Checkout+? You can still use our portal and purchase a return label. In most cases, your return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit amount.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless RE:DO was selected.

Orders Placed with Sezzle

You may return eligible items per our standard policy. Store credit will be issued, and your Sezzle payment plan will continue (you’re paying off a gift card).

Local Pick-Up & In-Store Purchases

Returns may be dropped off in-store. All return conditions above apply. Checkout+ is not needed for in-store returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@lavenderhillsbeauty.com and include photos of the issue.
