WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items will ship within 1-2 business days (typically within 1 business day!) and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please note tracking numbers will need 24 hours after ship time to activate. 

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?

We have a flat rate shipping anywhere in the U.S of $7.99 per order. Orders over $150 will ship for free in the United States. We currently only ship within the United States.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Returns are easy with Checkout+ (also known as Re:do!) Simply go to our Returns Portal and start the return process. Even if you didn't purchase through Checkout+ when you placed your order you can use this portal.

IS CHECKOUT+ REFUNDABLE?
Since Re:do is a third-party service that starts protecting your order right away, it’s non-refundable once purchased.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE SOLD OUT?

Typically we are unable to restock most of our items. 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. You will also get a tracking number where you can get status updates on your order. If you are having complications please e-mail us at info@lavenderhillsbeauty.com

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we typically are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed. If you reach us before the order is packaged we will try our best to make the changes!
