WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Items will ship within 1-2 business days (typically within 1 business day!) and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please note tracking numbers will need 24 hours after ship time to activate.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE SOLD OUT?
Typically we are unable to restock most of our items.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. You will also get a tracking number where you can get status updates on your order. If you are having complications please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we typically are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed. If you reach us before the order is packaged we will try our best to make the changes!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
WHY DON'T YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are located in Oregon which is a tax-free state, this allows us to be a sales tax-free boutique!
