Mandee Anderson, Cosmetologist & Owner 

Mandee, a Douglas county native, has been doing hair for over 20 years. A master colorist, she's been an educator for several leading hair care brands but prefers to be behind the chair one-on-one with clients. She loves the intimate feel that Lavender Hills allows.  

Mandee is a wife and mother to two daughters - who you may see from time-to-time in photos or on live presentations. The whole family enjoys being a part of the business. Mandee also has a new found passion for buying merchandise for the boutique. It’s a fun new venture that has been challenging during this shipping crisis. If you ever have any suggestions of products you’d love to see - let her know. 

When not at the salon/boutique Mandee can always be found with her family doing what they love in the outdoors - hunting, fishing and hiking. Mandee is a homebody at heart and spends time gardening (She loves succulents!), sewing, crocheting, rehabbing furniture, crafting and cooking.

Nicolle Bareswill, Nail Technician & Esthetician

Nicolle has been in the beauty industry for over 5 years. She creates beautiful nail art and is always taking more classes to hone her skills. Nicolle loves having fun and laughing with her clients - she truly loves getting to know each one of them. 

She loves being both a wife and mother.  When she’s not painting pretty nails, she’s busy at sporting events that both her teenage son and daughter participate in. They keep her quite busy!
